Shipping Charges For Strings

For the first dozen sets or less add $6.00. For each additional dozen sets or fraction therof additional, add $1.00. Charge for COD - via Post Office only - is $6.00 additional. Because we strive to keep our prices low, we cannot afford to take credit cards.

DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO USE WITHOUT CALLING OR WRITING US FIRST ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM.

We will exchange any defective strings and we will correct any errors on our part. Otherwise strings may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Charges For Accessories

1. Schaller tuners ordered with a string order add $1.00 per set. No extra charge for picks or bridge pins.

2. Tuners ordered separately - $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 each additional set of tuners. No extra charge for picks or bridge-pins.
